Account Executive

The Account Executive at Mulbah plays a dynamic and multifaceted role, responsible for client success and acquisition. This involves identifying client needs, fostering proactive communication, and coordinating client meetings while ensuring strong internal collaboration. Building lasting client relationships and identifying growth opportunities are integral parts of your role, alongside managing account reporting. Additionally, you’ll lead client acquisition efforts, executing sales strategies, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and conducting acquisition meetings. Tracking progress, maintaining records, and cultivating referrals and testimonials are also key responsibilities within this role.

What Sets You Up For Success

  • Proven experience in client management with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, strategies, and digital marketing channels, understanding how to align campaigns with client objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly and confidently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a seamless workflow to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Proven experience and skills in client acquisition and sales strategies.
