Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms & Authorization
By submitting payment to Mulbah Media, LLC (“Mulbah”), Client agrees to the following terms:
1. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. Mulbah allocates time, resources, and personnel upon engagement, and therefore no refunds will be issued for any reason.
2. Chargeback & Dispute Waiver
Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals. Any such action will be considered a material breach. Client agrees to pay all associated fees, including administrative, legal, and collection costs incurred by Mulbah.
3. Card on File Authorization
Client authorizes Mulbah to store and charge the payment method on file for:
Recurring monthly services
Approved campaign budgets
Production and project-related expenses
Any outstanding balances
Client agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file at all times.
4. Approved Expenses
Client authorizes Mulbah to incur and charge for agreed-upon expenses related to services, including but not limited to advertising spend, production costs, travel, materials, and third-party services.
5. Late Payments & Service Suspension
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of services, delayed deliverables, and additional fees as permitted by law.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Client acknowledges that marketing and advertising outcomes are not guaranteed. Mulbah provides strategy and execution, not guaranteed performance results.
7. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of any invoice constitutes full acceptance of these terms and any related agreements between Client and Mulbah.
